F.A.Q.How does your Preorder Policy work?
Pre-orders are offered to help you secure those must have pieces, or simply to just get shopping out of the way. We require a 50% deposit on all orders. If you'd like to pay in full that's fine, just let us know in the comments section upon checkout! Orders are able to cancelled at any time for store credit only. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please know that estimated delivery times are just that... an estimate. We wish we had more control over when they arrive... but as soon as they do we assure you they'll be sent on to you within 3 business days! |
