Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated using UPS live quotes.

International orders except orders to Australia and New Zealand* are shipped at a flat rate of $45 for orders up to $1000, and $60 for orders over $1000. All International orders will be shipped when they are completely in stock. No partial shipments will be made.

Orders to Australia or New Zealand are shipped at a flat rate of $80.

We ship via UPS & USPS. If you would like to have your package expedited or insured, or if you would like for us to use a different shipping method, or if you need your package by a specific date, please contact us via email customerservice@spoilyourbrats.com as soon as you place your order. Additional fees may apply.

All items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. SpoilYourBrats is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. Accurate invoices and customs forms will be included with all International orders, including orders shipped to Canada.

*Please note that we reserve the right not to ship to other addresses which are associated in our experience or that of other boutiques with fraud.

Corresponding sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to New York.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days of the ship date.

Please include a completed return form which you'll find with your purchase.

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via an insured, trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. There is always a fee to ship exchanges. If your order exceeded $100 and you received complementary shipping and now wish to return any or all of your items, you will receive a refund of the amount minus the shipping amount.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the attached return and exchange form. Include the form in your return package. All returns and exchanges sent to us without a return form will not be accepted.

*Custom made items, personalized items, sale items, and items that were special ordered for you are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders purchased with coupons are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing. Preordered items have a separate return/exchange policy. Please view our Preorder Policy page for information about exchanging or returning preordered items.

If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.

Please note that Spoil Your Brats does not do price adjustments.
